The Road to Stability

The road of Minecraft 1.3 has been very long for me. I have spent many hours trying to get our server stable after upgrading - however, the many hours that the awesome Bukkit team has put in and my back end optimisation are all starting to pay off! Overall I have seen a vast improvement in the server!
We are however still crashing a bit - but are starting to see an overall increase in the number of players we can support. Initially we could not even support 50; then after yesterdays updates this went up to 80 - now I am seeing numbers of 100!
Although this is not perfect; this is the a vast improvement - and hopefully, one that will soon pay off!
Once again, I thank you all for your patients! Flying will still be left on, as an act of goodwill (see previous post). And hopefully by the end of the week we will have an epic server to play on again!
PS: On a side note, I have postponed Sedona's building competition due to the instability. Stay tuned for more updates soon!
