Privacy of Personal Information
The personal information provided to us during the purchase of your game subscription will be kept confidential at all times. We will not redistribute or sell any data. The information provided to us is used to complete your order, and to only be used in the event of a dispute or problem that may arise.

Retention of Information
If at any time you feel that you wish to have information provided to us removed from our servers - please contact a server administrator directly and make the request in writing. We will comply with your request with in no more than 24 hours. Please note that for legal purposes, information about a transaction is kept indefinitely, and personal information provided during the process is required to be stored for at least 30 days.

Refund Policy
If at any time, during 7 days after the purchase of your subscription you wish to request a refund. You may do so. Please however note that a maximum of 75% refund will issued due to handling fees and charges from the payment provider; however this will mostly never exceeds a few cents to at most $5. Please note that this handling fee is subject to change based on certain conditions.

Please also be advised that in some cases, requesting such a refund can result in your account being permanently banned from the MineGuild Network. This however is uncommon, and in such event you will be notified.

Please refrain from making charge backs with the payment provider until you have contacted us and tried to resolved the issue directly. Charge backs not only affect the stability of our account, but yours too. If however after you have contacted us, and still do not feel that we have kept to our agreement then by all means please contact our payment provider; however in most cases this will not be required as we prefer to resolve all issues. Please be aware that if in the event you do Charge Back without contacting us - your account will be terminated without notice, and access to all MineGuild services.

Conditions of Abuse
In the event you are banned from the servers, due to abuse - you in turn will forfeit your Rank without refund. The rank was sold to you, as is - granting you additional privileges on the service. Due to abuse on your account, the rank and access to the server will be terminated.

In the event of termination, you are permitted to appeal via the forums; in most cases ranked players are given preference (however not always applicable, given the circumstances of your situation).

Please be aware that using unauthorized 3rd party software/modifications, that are not provided in the core of Minecraft or authorized by a member of our administration team in writing, will result in the termination of your account. Illegal modifications include (but not limited to) Nodus Client, X-Ray Modification, Battlefield Aura Modification, additional software/modifications giving you an advantage over other players, software/modifications which compromise the stability of the server.

Rank Features
All rank features are subject to change without notice. We generally do not change or remove features and perks, unless it is brought to our attention that one or more features are causing instability in our network. In such a case we try our best to substitute you with an alternative feature as best we can - this however will not always be possible in all cases.

Rules and Regulations
The server rules and regulations are freely available in game (using /rules command) and online. The rules are displayed in key locations such as chat notification, introduction tutorial and during login. Ignoring to comply with these regulations can result in termination of your account. Please read, and comply with all rules.

In the event you do not fully understand a rule/regulation - please contact a member of staff in game or via the forums to assist you.
